By creating an account or using BarlaPost, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BarlaPost mobile app ("BarlaPost", "the app", "the Service"), operated by BarlaPost ("we", "us").
What BarlaPost does
BarlaPost lets you connect your own social media accounts (currently YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and DEV.to) and publish posts to them from a single composer, immediately or at a time you schedule. You remain the account holder on every connected platform — BarlaPost is a tool you authorize to publish on your behalf, nothing more.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for everything published through your account, including posts sent to your connected platforms via BarlaPost.
- You must be old enough to lawfully use social media platforms in your country, and to enter into these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BarlaPost to:
- Publish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that violates the terms of service of the platform you're posting to.
- Connect social accounts you are not authorized to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to BarlaPost's systems.
- Use BarlaPost to spam, or to publish content in a way that violates a connected platform's automation or bulk-posting policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize BarlaPost to publish content to it on your instruction. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or content moderation decisions of YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, DEV.to, or any other platform you connect. If a platform changes or revokes access, posting to it through BarlaPost may stop working until you reconnect.
Service availability
BarlaPost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app develops — some features (like scheduled posting) may be visibly present but not yet functional, and we'll do our best to make that clear in the app rather than let it fail silently.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarlaPost and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including lost posts, lost access to a connected platform, or any action taken (or not taken) by a third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (zero if you have only used BarlaPost for free).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete account inside the app — this permanently removes your account, workspace, connected accounts, and all associated data. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as BarlaPost evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
